AGRICULTURAL LANDS

The Agricultural Lands extend to Circa 2.42 Hectares, (6 Acres) and are outlined  on the map for identification purposes only. Circa 25 meters of the lands adjoin ther Settlement Development Limit, classified as a major area for existing industry. Significant hope value therefore exists for any future extension of this settlement limit. The lands are currently used for grazing.

Location

The lands are situated north of Banbridge Enterprise Centre. The majority of the lands border either the Point Road or the Drumnagally Road, with a lower field adjoining the Settlement Development Limit of Banbridge Town.

Title

We understand that the lands will be transfered by way of a Freehold Title, subject to contract.
